What is the 30-day free trial?
Once you signup you can use the application with all its features based on the plan for free upto 30 days and you can cancel anytime before 30 days. If you do not cancel it prior to 30 days, then you will be charged the monthly fees for the plan.
What if I cancel in the middle of a month?
We do not prorate the monthly fees and charge for a full month at the beginning of every month, so you will be charged for the full month if you decide to cancel your plan in the middle of a month.
What do you mean by Personal Attention?
We take customer service very seriously and work with our customers closely to help them setup and run effective nurturing campaigns with Personal Attention.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade at anytime and all the new features of the plan are instantly activated for your account for immediate usage.
