Software Engineer
Nurture is a marketing software companies with a hosted application built on Ruby and Rails. We are based in Silicon Valley and Pune, India. We are looking to hire a software engineer to add to our product development team to drive the next phase of development including browser plugins, iOS and Android applications and a lot more.

Qualifications
  • Experience building RoR applications (sample code preferred over resume)
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Knowledge of source code control (using Git)
  • Knowledge of deployment cycle in staging and production (using capistrano)

A definite plus
  • Knowledge of BDD and spec'ing frameworks like Rspec/Cucumber
  • Knowledge automated testing tools like Selenium

Job Responsibilities
  • You will work with various technologies including Ruby, Rails, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, iOS and Android
  • You will have to maintain and enhance the existing system based on clearly defined specs and set timelines
  • You will have to perform code reviews and code optimizations to improve the response time of the system
  • You will have to help design and develop the next generation lead nurturing system

Senior Software Engineer
Nurture is a marketing software companies with a hosted application built on Ruby and Rails. We are based in Silicon Valley and Pune, India. We are looking to hire a senior software engineer to add to our product development team to lead new development projects and system scalability.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience building complex RoR applications (sample code preferred over resume)
  • Full understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript (including JQuery)
  • Full understanding of database design and optimization for large-scale systems preferably (using Postgres)
  • Knowledge of source code control (using Git)
  • Knowledge of deployment cycle in staging and production (using capistrano)

A definite plus
  • Knowledge of BDD and spec'ing frameworks like Rspec/Cucumber
  • Knowledge automated testing tools like Selenium
  • Knowledge of system administration (Linux servers, Apache, Web servers, Postgres etc)

Job Responsibilities

  • You will have to interact with our development team which is spread across the US and India

Business Development Associate
Nurture is an innovative marketing & sales automation SaaS startup based in Silicon Valley and Pune, India. Our core product helps business to business marketing team to automate their marketing campaigns to drive lead generation. Our customer base is expanding and we are looking to hire a Business Development Associate to help us grow even faster.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales or sales
  • Good understanding of using Internet resources for researching companies and contacts
  • Good familiarity with LinkedIn and how to leverage it for sales research
  • Bachelors or Masters in business, commerce or a non-technical field of study
  • Fluency and command over written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook

  • Experience in selling web-based applications
  • Active engagement in promoting & marketing via social media

Job Responsibilities
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Nurture's marketing automation solution
  • Use internal tools, LinkedIn and other sources to build a list of qualified decision makers
  • Use Nurture to send campaigns to prospects and manage the responses to drive conversions
  • Schedule and do demonstrations of Nurture with senior members of the sales team
  • Track performance and report the key metrics
