How do I add and test multiple Email Subject Lines?

Nurture allows you to A/B test your email templates and subjects. You can determine which of the template names and subjects works better for your marketing needs.
You can create multiple subject lines for the same template.

To add and test multiple subject lines follow the steps below :

  • Navigate to Templatestab and Click on Add New Template button.

  • Click on the Variant icon seen on the Right side of the Subject inputbox. An additional subject inputbox will appear just below the previous one.Multiple subjects can be added in this way.

  • In the action column against the template name, you can see a small Test icon. Clicking that icon will send email template to all contacts tagged as Test.

  • The email templates will be delivered with variant subjects depending on the number of contacts. For example if you have chosen 3 subjects Subj A, Subj B & Subj C for a template and there are 5 contacts tagged as Test in your account, email template will get delivered in the following way : Subj A - 2 contacts, Subj B - 2 contacts and Subj C - 1 contact.
You can check the performance of the template against each subject by the amount of opened, clicked and browsed activities.

Note : You need to add a few known contacts in Nurture and assign them the tag Test. Such contacts will be used for Testing email templates and campaigns.
