Add a few known contacts and your own email-id in Nurture and assign them the tag "Test". These contacts can be used for testing email templates and campaigns.

After you create an email template, you can test it in the following way :

• In the action column against the template name, you can see a small Test icon. Clicking that icon will send an email template to all contacts tagged as Test.


• You should check the sent email count against the template.


• Request these contacts to open email, click links within the email and browse the webpages if you have provided your website url in the email.


• Also try clicking on the unsubscribe link. (Do not forget to resubscribe the contact)


• When all these activities are performed, you should see an increase in the counts against the template name on the Templates tab.


• Check whether the email was received in proper shape and the activity counts exactly match the real counts.
